Jo
Yoga Instructor
Jo is a life long fitness enthusiast. She is retired from her corporate role as Global VP of HR and now fully devotes herself to sharing her passion for fitness.
Jo has spent years studying body movement, weight training, Pilates, Yoga and Barre. She has her certification in Pilates and Functional Aging, and has completed coursework in Physiology and Anatomy at UMASS Amherst.

Marcia
Yoga & Fitness Instructor
Marcia Knight- Hathaway is a Certified Fitness Instructor with the American Council of Exercise since 1988. She is a 200 hour RYT with the Yoga Alliance as well as a Certified Pound Instructor, Zumba Instructor, and former ChiRunning and ChiWalking Instructor. She has taught at Healthtrax for over thirty five years as well as at Titleist, Anchor Yoga, Lighthouse Yoga, the New Bedford Wellness Initiative, the Dartmouth and Westport COA’s, and private sessions. She has taught a variety of fitness programs including aerobics class, aqua fitness, children’s classes, Pilates, Age- Reversing Stretch, and Walk 15 classes.
Additionally, Ms. Hathaway holds both Bachelor and Master of Arts Degrees in English from Simmons College. Ms. Hathaway is an ordained Pastor with the World Christianship Ministeries and the American Marriage Ministeries. She is the author of a book of prayers- A Village Prays- available on Amazon. She leads group and private seminars on topics centering on health, spirituality and motivational programs. She resides in South Dartmouth with her husband Warren. Nicole
Yoga Instructor
Nicole is a 200hr YT. Graduate of School of Yoga New Bedford. She has a practice geared towards accessibility with a positive outlook. She keeps a kind approach to the practice, inquiry of the body, and is always eager to learn. She practices primarily Hatha with a main focus on being exit/entry, learning, and alternative postures for your body.

Sheri
Yoga Instructor
Sheri Simon is a Yoga Alliance certified Kundalini Yoga teacher. She discovered Kundalini Yoga over 20 years ago and has been hooked ever since. Sheri completed her training with Reinette Fournier at Tenth Gate Center for Yoga and Meditation in Portsmouth, RI. Her focus is to create a warm, accepting and tranquil space for students to learn and deepen their practice so they can experience a more harmonious and joyful life.

Suzanne
Yoga Instructor
Suzanne is a 200 RYT through the Yoga Alliance. Trained in Baptiste Power Yoga, with certificates in Mindfulness and calming an overactive mind. Suzanne aims to bring awareness and peace throughout the practice of yoga asana. Dedicated to practicing as well as teaching, classes focus on breath, alignment and honoring self through the practice.

Jessica Webb
Yoga Instructor
Jessica Webb is certified to instruct hatha yoga and meditation at the E-RYT 500 level and is also a certified Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) teacher. She has been teaching mindfulness programs and yoga full time for the past ten years and pours her energy into workshops, group classes on meditation, stress reduction, and yoga for those wishing to lead a richer and fuller life. Her passion is to teach where the paths of yoga and Buddhism intersect.
Jessica’s teaching style and playful demeanor lend themselves to a relaxed and light-hearted experience for her students. Warmth, compassion, friendliness and humor come through her instructions enmeshed with wisdom, care and attentiveness. She is also trained in Accessible Yoga, Yoga Nidra, Trauma Sensitive Yoga, Laughter Yoga, Prison Yoga and Trauma Sensitive Mindfulness. She’s a fifth-generation Texan, loving wife, and doting dog mom who is currently learning how to roller skate backwards.

Stephanie
Yoga Instructor
Stephanie’s continuing education courses includes participating in events with Yoga Journal from 2010-2014. The workshops include David Life and Sharon Gannon of Jivamutki Yoga with DJ Yogi, Cyndi Lee of OM yoga, both in NY City, and Tara Prinster of Yoga4Cancer in Boston MA. Stephanie became certified in teaching children’s yoga with Marsha Metzer of Color Me Yoga in 2006 and then volunteered throughout the Fairhaven public schools in the pre-kindergarten program for 4 years with her own daughter and son, and volunteered with a Yoga/meditation offering with the after-school program for 10 years. After practicing with like-minded yogis at Northeast Maritime institute in Fairhaven and in her own home Yoga studio with neighbors for a sunrise session for two years, Stephanie then took the opportunity to study with Juliette Loranger and her first certified 200 hr RYT accredited course in New Bedford MA. In 2018 Stephanie completed a continuing education course titled “Yoga support for Addiction Recovery” with Arcana School of Yoga in Portland Maine. Stephanie has most recently obtained her 500 hr training with Yogaguru Vineeta Singh. Bringing her experience as a young ballerina, gymnastics/cheerleading skills and with a love of theatre from early college days Stephanie is hoping to create a fun, light class that allows for laughter and love to permeate to the physical and emotional body
